Requirements

XtradeReverse runs as a custom indicator inside the ATAS platform. You need:

  • ATAS installed (latest stable build recommended)
  • A futures or index instrument with footprint / cluster data (e.g. ES, NQ, CL, GC)
  • A valid XtradeReverse license key
  • Windows PC with .NET 10 desktop runtime (bundled with ATAS)

Installation

  1. Download XtradeReverse.dll (or the CN build) from your license email.
  2. Copy the DLL to your ATAS indicators folder (typically %APPDATA%\ATAS\Indicators\).
  3. Restart ATAS or refresh the indicators list.
  4. Add XtradeReverse to your chart from the indicator menu.
  5. Open indicator settings and paste your License Key in the License group. The overlay disappears when activation succeeds.

First-time configuration

Recommended defaults for new users:

  • Stats Display Mode: Compact — minimal HUD until you are comfortable
  • Footprint Filter: On — signals respect order-flow context
  • VWAP Zone Filter: On — trade only in enabled zones
  • Daily Max Loss: Set to a fixed dollar amount you can afford (e.g. 2–3% of account)
  • Run Mode: Backtest first on historical data before live predictive mode

Placing your first trade

XtradeReverse identifies 3+4 reversal setups and marks entries when footprint filters confirm institutional behavior. In backtest mode the indicator simulates entries and exits; in live mode you execute at the broker while the indicator tracks state.

Watch for arrow markers and trade cards on the chart. Each card shows direction, entry, stop, target, and outcome when closed.

Understanding the HUD overlay

The on-chart HUD (or floating stats window) shows runtime state, position, P&L, footprint status, and performance metrics. Switch between Compact and Full display modes in settings.

Full mode exposes EV, streak stats, VWAP store size, and footprint C1–C5 diagnostics — ideal once you move beyond basic signal recognition.
